ChÂteau Ollwiller
The ‘Château Ollwiller’ is the second oldest vineyard in France, with a long history.
In 2020, the Mack family acquired the castle along with the traditional vineyard and has been driving the development of the wine ever since. The ‘Château Ollwiller’ is one of only two vineyards in Alsace that are allowed to market wine under the name ‘Château’.

Philosophy
The Grand Cru wines are known for their elegance and finesse.
The terroir is made up of marl, among other things, which makes the wine both fragrant and low in acidity. After two to three years of aging, the Ollwiller wines reach their peak in taste.
